At Nestling Nooks, every piece of furniture is crafted with care to bring joy to your little one’s world. While we do our best to deliver perfect products, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Don’t worry — product can be replaced within 48 hours of delivery!


💛 When You Can Request a Replacement
• If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with a major defect, we’ll happily replace it.
• Just share an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery, so we can take it up quickly.
• Replacements are shipped out as soon as possible after verification.

💛 What Cannot Be Replaced
• Custom-made or personalized furniture (since it’s crafted specially for your child).
• Minor variations in color, texture, or wood grain, as these are natural in handcrafted pieces.
• Orders cancelled after they’ve already been dispatched.
